2) NYC Sustainable Training Centers throughout all (5) Boroughs for green workforce training and development

Inspired by the Mount Lucas Training Centre in Ireland and driven by New York City's ambitious sustainability goals, PHFE is collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders to establish the NYC Sustainable Building Training Center.

These centers will focus on cultivating green talent through comprehensive workforce training tailored to high-performance buildings.

By equipping both current workers and emerging professionals with inspiration, practical knowledge, and hands-on skills, the center will play a crucial role in advancing the city's decarbonization goals., The aim is to ensure that New York City's workforce is well-prepared to meet the demands of the evolving green economy to ensure a thriving future for everyone.
